We offer a satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a refund within the specified refund period from your initial purchase. Refund requests must be submitted through our support channels. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear. Abuse of the refund policy may result in denial of future refund requests.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
